AI and Robotics Boom, Electric Vehicles Take the Spotlight at Exhibition in Ho Chi Minh City

The GRECO 2025 exhibition officially opened on the evening of November 25 on Nguyen Hue Walking Street (Ho Chi Minh City), attracting large crowds of locals and tourists thanks to its large scale and a series of green technologies and advanced AI products. The event is part of the Autumn Economic Forum 2025, focusing on green growth and innovation.

The exhibition space is divided into three main areas showcasing the latest technologies in artificial intelligence, energy-saving solutions, and sustainable development models. Domestic and international businesses brought a range of standout applications, from smart urban management to environmentally friendly consumer solutions.

A highlight in the digital technology – AI – semiconductor zone is the array of products applied in education, healthcare, and transportation. Many visitors were impressed by pet-like robots capable of standing upright, communicating, and mimicking human gestures, introduced for STEM training at prices reaching up to half a billion Vietnamese dong.

In the specialized product area, clean energy solutions, digital finance, and green mobility trends underline the strong shift toward a circular economy. Companies pursuing ESG standards and green startup projects continued to be recognized in the sustainable development section.

Among the most eye-catching products was the Jaecoo J6 compact electric SUV—featuring a rugged, angular design that reflects the growing popularity of green mobility. In addition, a virtual reality experience allowed users to “step into” a 3D mechanical workshop, practicing aircraft engine assembly and inspection with near-real accuracy but in a safer and more cost-efficient environment.

Another standout device was the AI-integrated Fuka robotic hand, capable of using computer vision for orientation and precise manipulation in industrial settings. Priced from 300 to 500 million VND, it targets automation in the factories of the future. Many visitors also tested their skills by playing chess with an intelligent robot in the technology experience zone.

Beyond displays, GRECO 2025 features a series of specialized activities: a seminar on semiconductor workforce development, a “trash-for-gifts” program promoting environmental awareness, and business-matching sessions between companies from different countries. International delegations from Japan, Korea, and Europe shared experiences in building green cities, providing diverse perspectives for the event.

According to organizers, GRECO 2025 is an opportunity for Vietnamese businesses—especially small and medium-sized enterprises—to connect with strategic partners and expand their markets as green transformation becomes a global priority. The event is expected to become an annual activity, helping position Ho Chi Minh City as a smart, eco-friendly metropolis that places people at the center of sustainable development.

The exhibition will remain open until November 30.
