Vietnam Saigon Plastics Association (VSPA) is a social-professional organization that brings together individuals, organizations, and economic sectors operating in science and technology, production, business, and import-export in the plastics and rubber industry in Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring areas. It is a bridge between businesses in the plastics industry and government agencies at all levels to implement programs set forth by the Party and the State with the aim of gathering and uniting members, protecting the rights and legitimate interests of members, supporting each other to operate effectively, contributing to the socio-economic development of the City and the whole country.
